Tags, represented on Pnut with the hash symbol directly in front of a string of characters, link content to other uses of the same tag. If you use the tag "#movieClub", people seeing it will be able to click on it and see other uses of that tag.

This helps connect people with similar interests.

Tags can have emoji, numbers, the underscore character (_), and letters in different languages. Pnut doesn't recognize tags that are _just_ numbers.
