Every 5 minutes the RTPAAS RtPaaS (FPfP) bot will check if there is a new entry on one of your 3 free feeds. It validates feeds automagically. So you don't even need to know the exact feed URL, just put in the sites URL and RtPaaS (fP) bot will figure out the rest.
